I would highly recommend Pam Pettingill to anyone and everyone! She is warm, caring, extremely knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done. We were shopping for a very specific property; farm land with water rights. She helped us through the complicated process of learning where irrigation was available and how to assure that we got the water rights and water right insurance. When we were shopping there weren’t very many properties with our specifications available. Pam went above and beyond researching properties and was able to get us into some homes that were no longer on the market. She helped us find our dream home. She was working hard behind the scenes during the whole process, making sure that we had a good home inspection done, arranging a home warranty, lining up the title insurance and helping us secure water rights, etc.. She was always one step ahead making sure that everything was taken care of and going smoothly for us. During the entire process and even after she has always been excellent with communication. She is easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions. She made sure that the house was perfect for us on move in day, that we had our utilities going etc.. We drove in late and arrived to a lit up, freshly cleaned home. She even had a lovely and thoughtful welcome gift basket for us. We shopped around for our realtor and are so glad that we chose Pam! Pam has been our lifesaver through seven real estate transactions over a 19-year period. Several times we hit impossible snags, but Pam always comes up with the solutions that have made our real estate dreams come true. If you give her your goal and your numbers, she will find a way to make it happen. Pam has been endlessly patient, kind, calm, and resourceful in bringing every deal to completion. We can always count on her to call or text or email us back immediately, whichever is best-suited to the occasion. She is incredibly fast and efficient on turn-around times. In fact, that is why we first signed on with Pam; at our mere mentioning that we might possibly sell, within a few hours she had thorough, accurate comps ready and got the deal rolling. I had made several home sales in another state with other agents, but my confidence in Pam far exceeds any previous agent I had worked with. We have the utmost admiration and respect for Pam’s professional, caring demeanor. Another bonus with Pam is her great eye and instincts for space and design. We loved one particular house but the master suite was prohibitively small. Pam instantly came up with a fairly simple remodel idea for the master suite. Within months of buying the house, we had knocked out a couple of walls and created the exact design that Pam came up with on our first walk-through, for a perfect master suite. After all of these years, we again sought Pam's advice on a complicated trust sale in a different state. Within a matter of minutes, on short notice, Pam found us a referral to a top broker in that state with expertise in trust and probate. Pam’s instincts proved to be once again, spot-on. Pam’s hours of expert advice shifted that complicated trust sale to a win-win direction. Pam is truly second to none in many ways, but especially as a realtor. Home buying is not a fun process for me— I’m a worrier and feel way out of my element in situations like these. Pam had answers. She wasn’t just telling me what I wanted to hear, but helped me find answers to questions I had and was so knowledgeable. She was also extremely helpful in other areas of the real estate process that were not part of her specific job as a realtor. Pam was fabulous to work with. We were trying to move from New Hampshire to Utah during COVID and it never would have worked without Pam's help. She was willing to walk us through houses on video so that we could see things without having to travel. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful with the entire process from start to finish. We now have the home of our dreams thanks to Pam.
