About Holly

With over 35 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, and as a seasoned home buyer/seller myself, I bring a unique understanding and empathy to the real estate process. Buying and selling a home isn't just about the transaction, it's about making or leaving a home. That's why I joined Pepine Realty in 2019, to help others navigate the process and find their perfect place to call home.

Finding the right house is just the beginning. I believe that truly making a place feel like home is about getting involved and connecting with the community. That's why I volunteer my time with various local charities, and currently serve as a Board Member for the Ronald McDonald House of North Central Florida and Gainesville Fisher House. I am also active with our local Rotary and Chamber of Commerce.

When I'm not assisting clients with their real estate needs, I indulge in my passions for cooking, traveling, golfing, gardening and walking my chocolate lab, Gonzo. I particularly love to combine my love for food and culture by taking cooking classes and wine tastings while traveling the world.
