About Seth

Seth has a passion for all things real estate. While born and raised on a Kansas farm, it was in Colorado where Seth fell in love with real estate while as a 12 year old he was constantly picking up real estate magazines on a Summit County vacation. 

His personal and professional experience have both fostered his acumen for real estate. In the corporate world, Seth has had experience with navigating the negotiations of corporate contracts and developing products for the building construction and financial services industry. Personally, he and his wife Joyce have owned and managed rental property, flipped 90+ year old properties, and embarked on the adventure of new construction. 

Through all of this Seth has honed his sharp eye for detail, a keen sense of good property ROI, and navigation of personal and financial priorities to ensure that clients find the home they have been looking for and sell their current home efficiently. His wife’s counseling practice is the inspiration for the conversations he loves to have with clients; conversations that reveal preferences, priorities, and true desires one has for their next property or making decisions about what to do with their current property.
