About Ningrit

A native to San Diego, Ningrit has an edge on other agents because she has lived in several coastal cities such as Leucadia, Encinitas, Cardiff, Carlsbad, Oceanside and Carmel Valley.   Thus making her very familiar with the markets in the North County and Inland areas.  While getting her Bachelor of Science at SDSU, she moved to Rancho Bernardo.  She ended up buying her first house in Escondido and then moved to Poway so her children could be a part of the infamous Poway Unified School District.   Her husband is a business owner and has worked in the Construction Industry for many years. Together they have done home improvement projects on their own residences, so she knows and understands home remodeling and quality of work.  After purchasing her own home, Ningrit had a strong desire to help others fulfill their dream of being a homeowner, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, who was a well known Realtor in Encinitas for decades.  This is her way of making a difference in the world and by helping people invest in Real Estate and build generational wealth.
