He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about Durango and surrounding areas, he’s the nicest person one could ever meet. There’s nothing pushy about the way he works, yet he “gets it done”. Tim seemed to immediately understand the parameters we were looking for, as well as our timeline and financial limits. We were moving from out of town and were selling a house before buying, so it became a little tricky to navigate the selling/buying process, but Tim walked us through every step and kept it all on track. He went out of his way to ensure working together from a distance was seamless. Even after the closing, Tim helped us coordinate vendors/contractors prior to moving in so that the house was “move-in” ready. His help during this time was as valuable as the closing process (and he wasn’t obligated to do any of it). We truly couldn’t recommend a more trustworthy realtor.

I was quite randomly referred to Tim by my company’s relocation specialist and , man, I could not have been sent to a better guy! My wife and I were looking for our first home and Tim was there with us every step of the way. We searched and looked at houses for months, often on weekday evenings and Saturdays. Tim never backed down. At multiple points in the process, Tim researched and discovered things about properties that really saved us from some headaches. He was upfront with us, even if it led us to abandoning a home and continuing the search. As first time home buyers, there was so much we didn’t know and you really wouldn’t be able to learn it without being in the middle of the process. About Tim

Tim is a Colorado native originally from the front range area. Tim discovered Durango in the spring of 1992 when he counseled youth at a High Adventure Summer Camp. Tim passionately serves and cherishes the Durango area and community.  Tim's love of the outdoors and the small town charm of Durango has kept him in Durango for over 30 years.

Tim and his wife, Jaime, are truly happy to call Durango home and couldn't imagine a better place to raise their two ambitious young boys. Tim's family spends quality time together fishing, skiing, hiking, rafting and biking the myriad trails in and around the Durango area.  When Tim is not playing with his family he gives back to his community volunteering as a leader with the Boy Scouts of America, assisting winter athletes with the Adaptive Sports Association and believes whole heartily in supporting the Durango Food Bank.

A well-known and trusted entrepreneur who previously owned a landscaping company for 13 years, Tim has nurtured connections and relationships with a vast number of local contractors and vendors in Durango.  Tim also has an extensive background in estate and property management.  His legendary attention to detail is in a class by itself.
