Location, Location, Location. And Katie. This is the secret to real estate success. We recently worked with Katie to sell our East Denver home and couldn’t have been happier. Having worked with other realtors in the past whom I felt didn’t really do that much, I was constantly impressed with how hard Katie worked to sell our home. From arranging staging’s, painters, repairs and finding buyers – Katie helped with it all. Katie hired an amazing photographer and her stager was so good we seriously considered hiring her later as an interior designer. Our house went under contract in the Spring of 2021 after almost 50 showings in just two days - all during a snowstorm. Katie got us multiple offers and sold our home for more than 10% above asking. Katie is extremely knowledgeable about and plugged into the Denver market. We quickly realized after only one discussion with Katie that having gone with one of those national, online realtors would have been a bad idea. She is fantastic about incorporating relevant and timely data into her listings. We liked Katie so much we used her to purchase our new home and will certainly use her again. Originally from South Texas, Katie was an accomplished sailboat racer and participated in regattas around the nation. After residing in Austin, she decided to try something new and moved to Colorado in 2001 for a change of pace to enjoy the mountain lifestyle - hiking, skiing, and biking. During her free time, Katie plays tennis, continues to explore the mountains, travels, and spends time with family and friends.
