"I worked with Karen Yip to sell my house. Karen is the best agent you could ever work with. She was very professional, kind and caring. I moved out of state and needed to sell my house as soon as possible. I could tell right away that my urgency to sell the house became Karen's urgency which was very appreciative. Every 3-4 wks we had follow up calls to share status. The market was slower and we had to work against the newly built homes. Despite of all the obstacles we had to deal with, Karen was always very positive. Karen was very proactive and always ahead of me. She always shared her new ideas including strategies.
