Bethany is a lifelong Colorado resident and began her career in real estate in 2004 at Coldwell Banker Realty. She is known for tenacious problem solving and in-depth market knowledge, all while bringing calm and confidence to her client’s real estate transactions. Bethany’s path to success was paved by her late mentor, Will Rutledge, a legacy Broker in Boulder, Colorado, and fellow University of Colorado alumni. Bethany, her three children, and her husband Drew live in Louisville.
