Chelan is the perfect agent. She was my selling And buying agent - and was exceptional at both sides of the table. She kept my expectations real when selling my home - she understands the market and my home was pending within 4-days and sold above asking. She always provided advanced notification for showings at reasonable times and provided creative and respectful recommendations that ultimately lead to more impressive showings. Chelan helped us buy our home, she was so patent and kind. She took what we wanted in a home and worked really hard to find us some options. When we viewed homes she didn’t just sell us on it, she helped us think if it was right for us so we’d be happy. We found a home very quickly, under budget, and with our first offer on a home we were under contract and bought it. We’ve been here 2 months and can’t be anymore grateful. Chelan is a wonderful person and the best agent I could ask for, I recommend her to every family and friend looking to buy or sell.

Chelan was the best agent we could have asked for! She was always very quick to keep us in the loop on what was happening with new houses and our offer. We were first time home buyers purchasing in a really hectic and low inventory market- and her knowledge of negotiations and competitive offers helped us get our dream house without breaking our budget. She was an amazing and patient resource in learning to understand how the process of home buying works. We really feel Chelan understood our goals and limitations and represented us better than anyone else could have- we can’t imagine using anyone else in the future!

Chelan is very detail-oriented and organized and did a wonderful job walking me through the entire sales process. The initial presentation was very professional. She communicated with me regularly and always kept me up-to-date on any new developments. The pictures provided were amazing, as was the staging. We had offers over asking within 4 days and she did a great job negotiating terms with the buyers agent as we moved towards closing. We closed on time with no issues! She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her!!

About Chelan

As a Kitsap County native, I have had the pleasure of experiencing the many things the Puget Sound has to offer! I grew up in Port Orchard, graduating from South Kitsap High School and furthered my education at Washington State University, studying Interior Design. After spending the next several years relocating to various cities across Kitsap County and Seattle, I eventually made my way back home to Port Orchard. I now reside in our peaceful little community, overlooking the beautiful Sinclair Inlet with my husband, our two young daughters, and fun-loving goldendoodle.
