Hello, I'm Beverly, and Ashe County, the coolest corner of North Carolina, is where my heart truly lies. Throughout my career in Management, I've ventured far and wide, but Ashe County always calls me back. At A-1 Mountain Realty, my commitment as a Broker is to build lasting bonds with clients. I navigate them through the property search process with personalized emails, devote time for individual meetings, and provide virtual tours as needed. My sales career features a significant period at Freedom Homes/Oakwood Homes, where I was among the top 75 salespeople in the country. During my 13+ years at Walmart, I took on various roles, including Receiving Associate, Photo Center Manager, several Assistant Manager positions, and Co-Manager at two superstores in Virginia and North Carolina. I also managed Subway restaurants for over three years after returning to Ashe. Now that my three daughters are adults, I have followed my passion for real estate and became a Realtor.

Throughout my diverse career, I’ve cultivated lasting connections with countless individuals. I eagerly anticipate building strong relationships with each client, ensuring their real estate investments align with their desires.

I find joy in long scenic drives, unwinding on my porch, attending concerts, and have enjoyed the thrill of a tandem skydive. The exhilaration of free-falling and witnessing the earth’s curvature is unparalleled, an experience that simply can’t be replicated in a plane.
