But another offer came in better and the sellers tried to back out of our deal to take the other offer. My wife was devastated. Deanna morphed into the terminator and went on a negotiation rampage! We got our dream home due to her hard work and sacrifice. Deanna has picked up and dropped off papers early in the morning and late at night. When it was crucial to be timely, she hustled. She's went out of her way many times so that I could get what I want, which was a good deal on my property purchase. She must have spent a small fortune on gasoline for my deals. Her work ethic is truly amazing. I am going to purchase more property in the future and I will call Deanna Duncan first.
