Pamela is a rare agent in the cut throat area she serves. While many agents are pushing one year buyers agent contracts at houses to less than knowledgeable buyers, she methodically explains the value she will provide at her office. Then she goes off to work determining your taste and needs. Absolutely great out of town buyers like us that had limited time drives, houses and actual visits. Once she hones in on what you are looking , just sit back and relax as she starts knocking off houses that don't qualify. She will do a preliminary walk through and have all the positive and negative points jotted down. Working with a smaller viable set makes it easy to tour houses when you have impatient and screaming young kids in tow. While most agents hide the negative points, she highlights them and gives you an estimate to remedy, so you know your total cost of ownership. Even two months after closing she is very helpful with referrals and advice if you have questions or concerns. She is absolutely patient and continued scouring on our behalf five months (with the same zeal) until we were in . Most other agents would say, that's all there is and pick one. She will go semi-dormant and check-in weekly with a review of new listings and price reductions and report that nothing is meeting the criteria. When a new listing hits or there is a "pocket listing" that does meet the criteria you will get a call early that morning.
