Due to recent life changes, I have just purchased another house with his help. Once again, he took the time to walk me through every step of the way and never hesitated to answer my questions or calls. Each time we looked at a house, he not only took the time to deal with me but also my 4 year old son. Listening to his wants and needs, or just hanging out with him while I could look at details of the house. After looking at lots of houses, I finally found one. This time around, I ran into a few hiccups with my bank and the lender completing deadlines for our closing date. I was not able to close at the Marquette office due to staffing issues, holidays, etc. Dan went above and beyond to make sure I was going to close on this house by contacting other offices, making numerous phone calls, and spending hours out of his day to help me get this house bought. Going back and forth with the lender and the title company for many days. He was not going to take no for an answer. Dan, I can not thank you enough. I highly recommend Dan Menard!!!!

From day one Dan dove right in and was relentless in making sure our needs were met.
