Meet Steve:

I’ve been blessed to call Charlotte home for over 20 years and the past seven years serving the Greater Charlotte real estate market.  In that time and having served hundreds of clients I understand what a world-class customer experience is, and it’s incredible impact on home sellers and home buyers. Our areas of specialty include supporting: luxury buyers and sellers, relocation, and new construction.

With experience in the local high-end property market, a network of affluent clients and industry professionals, and strong negotiation skills my clients have achieved great results. The way we get those results include a commitment to personalized and discreet service, a keen eye to details, and best in class marketing. 

One of the areas of differentiation is through expert level marketing and best in class tools and strategy.  My integrated marketing strategy combines the necessary elements of traditional, digital, and social media that every seller needs to get their home sold at the best possible value.  I’ve spent countless hours understanding each space, how they’re connected, when to utilize each lever, and apply to each clients individual situation.  

About Me: 

Originally from Rochester, NY I moved to North Carolina to attend Campbell University as a student athlete where I achieved a Bachelor Degree in Sports Management with honors and competed as a member of the men’s soccer team. 

The opportunity, growth, and countless features of this region drew me to the Queen City and it’s where I began my career with a global staffing and services firm. In the 14+ years with this organization I held multiple roles including designing, selling and implementing strategic solutions to some of the largest global brands.  Through collaboration, communication, and most importantly trust I helped hundreds of people as they’ve made some of their most significant and lasting career decisions. 

I credit the leadership, mentorship, and experience of my previous career for the  foundation in the way I approach my clients and business on a daily basis.  My aim isn’t simply to get the job done but to provide an exceptional client experience; focusing on solutions, being able to effectively collaborate and communicate, and understanding I’m helping others make very important and impactful decisions is what allows us to accomplish this. 

As a husband and father of two, we are very active in our community enjoying all it has to offer.  Whether it’s ball games, volunteering, checking out new spots, or enjoying some of our favorite places with friends and new friends, we love everything Charlotte, NC has to offer.
