Jill and her team are TREMENDOUS and we had a very successful sale in Aug 2021. First, (before COVID) Jill provided excellent advice about home updates that would increase the value of the home, so I had all the work performed in early 2020, just before the pandemic. Then we held off on selling the house due to COVID restrictions. At the time, we were involved in building a new home, and we didn't want to sell our existing home until we could move into the new one. Jill suggested a third option of selling our primary home during the strong real estate market and renting an apartment until the new home is completed. This turned out to be a great solution! Jill has an impeccable eye for detail! She recommended we paint a few rooms to “neutralize” the appearance and then she added some staging items to give our home a fresh comfortable cozy feeling! Our home sold in less than a week!!! The home inspection required us to fix a few things and thanks to Jill’s amazing contractor contacts we were able to do this relatively inexpensive and very quickly!
