I don’t even know where to begin, Tom goes to no end to make sure his clients are satisfied with his services. I used the weaver group to sell my home and to purchase our new home. Anything I need, wanted, hoped and wished for, Tom and Laura made it happen. The road to selling got a little rocky when my buyers financing almost fell through, the house I initially intended to buy turned out to be a money pit and I chose to cancel the contract and start house hunting all over. But the weaver group took everything thrown our way with grace and handled everything like the true professionals they are. Tom and his lovely wife Tammy showed me house after house, until I found the perfect one. I love how they scheduled showings the same and next day for me. The Weaver Group (Tom, Tammy, Laura) and all their team were AWESOME! They sold my house after one day on the market. The house that was previously occupied by what I thought was a friend was severely damaged and beyond disgusting in every way possible. Weaver Group treat their clients like family! My wife and I hired them as our buyer’s agent to locate a home in the Weeki Wachee area. They were straightforward and honest. My wife and I fell in love with a home in Hernando Beach South overlooking the Weeki Wachee Preserve, but they said it was overpriced. I appreciated their candor and accuracy but we loved the house so we bought it anyway. Then we listed our home on Lake Seminole with them, a bit nervous about being represented by real estate agents nearly an hour and half away from the sales property. In 2022 we made the decision to relocate from Idaho to Florida. Anyone who has ever done this or is considering it knows how stressful and intimidating this can be. Tom has 30+ years of Sales experience at the Executive level that has taught him that listening to Home Owners & Buyers is a key to providing excellent service.
