With our only son off to college last fall, my husband and I began thinking about an eventual move / downsize…something we thought would be two to three years off. We were considering various areas in Texas, Idaho and Arizona and began exploring these with a long-term view. He helped us create a to-do list of areas that needed attention such as paint touch-up, small repairs, yard work, etc.… and connected us with talented, responsible people to help get these things done quickly. We may be a little biased, but we believed our house was special and had a lot to offer. Nate did an incredible job of bringing all of that to life through skilled photographers who were able to visually present our house online in a spectacular way that was way above our expectations. He is a fantastic marketer who did a great job of getting our house in front of the local real estate community. He got our house on the market in mid-November and had it sold for full price in 4 days (all-cash!).
