Ty was recommended to me by a fellow Californian co- worker and friend who now lives in Texas. ( 10years) I had never met Ty, ( until the day I came to Texas to sign the paper for my home sight unseen) I spoke with Ty over the phone and told her what I was looking for. I told her how I was coming to Texas alone, with no family and only the 2 friends that I knew. I explained to her that I needed to be in a safe area as a single woman. Everyday I would receive daily listings of homes. If I found something I liked Ty was on it. Once there she would FaceTime me for the walkthrough as if I was there. Many many times Ty would notice potential problems, such as cracks in the ceilings or a foul smell. One particular place that I really liked, Ty immediately noticed a wreaking odor of dog urine that had been soaked into the actual floorings. House searching went on for over 3months, I was becoming dismayed and at one point wondering was I making a bad choice. I was up and down so many times, I know that I was stressing not only myself but Ty. We had seen so many homes. The one thing with Ty that she always stayed positive and optimistic. She never gave up, it only made her to be more persistent on finding my perfect home. I finally found a place that I really liked. I had put in an offer previously and had been turned down. But with Ty not giving up, she had alerts for places that had been pending and if something happened she would know. Lastly, my home that I have now, there were several offers on the home, but , Ty had made such an impression with the sellers, that we were chosen and my offer accepted. I could go on and on about my experience with Ty Hughes, and I say all of this to say that she had gone above and beyond, she knew her areas, she did her homework on each and everyone home. I trusted Ty, she was relentless.. I would recommend her to anyone I may know looking for a home. She won’t stop until she finds what you want. That perfect home.

If I tell you this wonderful lady had patience, that would be an understatement. She went above and beyond!!! The constant changes with the lender, the extra legwork, having to resubmit documents because of lenders errors, etc.. she never wavered. She stayed professional and always had a smile on her face. I recommend 10/10.
