Full disclosure, my wife and I can be high maintenance with extremely grand expectations for individuals we choose to do business with. Christina not only met our expectations, but she also exceeded them. We used Christina for both the buy and sell of our personal real estate in FL. On the buy side, she constantly was on point when we were reaching out, at all times of the day, requesting market comps, personal feedback on the neighborhood, etc... We had to run a market analysis or did an in person visit of 25+ homes. We also were constantly changing our top 3 priorities as we went through the process. She never got frustrated and even guided us as to where we might want to rethink a few items. On the sell side, she immediately jumped on getting our house on the market. But more importantly, she provided us with a realistic range of what we should expect. So many individuals collaborate with realtors who give them false confidence in what their house will draw. Christina did not do this. But she also did not undercut the true value of our home. We ended up under contract within 2 weeks of listing. Simply put, there is no one else in the Sarasota/Bradenton/LWR area we would recommend over Christina. We genuinely feel like we have an excellent business partner in personal real estate. But also gained a friend due to how closely we ended up working together!
