I’m Kari Chalstrom, founder of High Mountain Living, and I specialize in helping people buy and sell homes in Truckee and Lake Tahoe. I’ve lived here for years, raised my three kids in the local school district, and built a business that’s deeply rooted in lifestyle, wellness, and community.

Before moving here, I lived in the Bay Area—and I still have strong ties there. That connection gives me a unique perspective on what it means to relocate, invest, or find a second home in the mountains.
