My wife and I recently moved from Florida and decided to make our forever home in Arizona. We reached out to Tahona Epperson and Connie Bills to assist us in a number of real estate transactions. We wanted to be close to Sedona without the worry of the holiday and weekend traffic. Tahona and Connie were able to help us purchase a lot in a gated subdivision in Cottonwood, minutes from the hiking we enjoy so much in the Red Rock region. A few months later we decided to sell the lot and purchased a home in Cornville. The ladies found us a beautiful, Santa Fe style home on six acres. Although the home needed a little remodeling, it met all of our basic needs in terms of size, convenience to Sedona, spectacular view, and in a quiet neighborhood. We are just minutes away from Cottonwood shopping and dining.
