We contacted Mike as a seller's agent to help us market and sell our house. Mike was very courteous right from the first phone call. He was also very knowledgeable about the Market. On our first visit, Mike and Tyler visited with us and took the time to walk the property and ask relevant questions and take down notes. They came back with a marketing proposal. Mike then scheduled a meeting with his staging consultant Gina. Both Gina and Mike were very patient and took the time to walk the entire property with us giving us ideas on how to make the house presentable inside and out. The one thing we really liked that Mike said was to make this as enjoyable as we can and not to stress it. That was a huge relief, and it actually worked out quite well. We took down all the points and executed to plan. Once everything was ready on our end, Mike visited again to do a final check and as well as have a profession photography session. Once the photos came back and proofed, that night the house went on the market. Mike and team already had their marketing machinery ready to go into action right away. It is amazing that within the first 3 days we had 3 offers. Thanks to Mike and team the entire process went through very smooth. He walked us through all the remaining procedures, as well as came to closing with us which was honestly very comforting. This is a big deal for somebody who is doing this for the first time. Life works in mysterious ways at times and you should always be open to what comes your way. We're newish property investors and have been actively seeking properties in TX between San Antonio and Austin when on a flight home (after looking at many properties but not finding one yet) I met a lovely woman and we got to know each other a bit during our short flight to Phoenix.
