What do Clients Say?

Erin represented us in the purchase of a home in southern Novato in 2025. We were lucky to have met her at an open house. We got to talking about our requirements and it was clear from the start she understood our needs. Shortly thereafter she gave us information on a couple houses that were not presently on the market, but available to view and make an offer. Her knowledge of the listings in the area and through the Top Agent Network was invaluable. We made one offer on an off market property, that was not successful because the seller wasn’t ready yet. Erin would send coming to market listings with her views of each property and how it did or did not fit our needs. It was helpful to compare properties that met some and not all of our stated needs, as that allowed us to rank their importance. When we did make an offer on the house we obtained, she was very good at preparing the contract, assisting with their counter and our counteroffer to that, which ended up in an accepted deal. But her service didn’t stop there. She gave us several recommendations for mortgage brokers, inspection people and other vendors. Once we closed she was still there to provide great recommendations for people we wanted to hire to do work in the house before we moved in, assisting as well with the best internet and phone providers for the somewhat difficult reception area. We have purchased many properties over our lifetime and I was a professional who dealt with many many real estate agents. Without reservation, Erin is among the very best we have encountered.

Bill C., Buyer

Erin was a pure joy to work with as our listing agent. She was a great communicator and her suggestions of improvements to get our place ready to sell were spot on. Her knowledge of the local market and current trends helped us time our listing perfectly. We sold our home for $21K over asking in just three days during a difficult market for sellers. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Ray & Mardi N., Sellers

Erin was an extraordinary help in the purchase of our new home. She was so professional and fastidious that we really felt we were taken care of. From making sure all the documents were in order to introducing us around the neighborhood, she went the extra mile at every turn. I would absolutely recommend Erin!

Fiona D., Buyer

We highly recommend Erin! We were looking for a home and were fortunate enough to meet her at an open house. The market was very competitive, but she was able to show us homes that were not yet on the MLS and alerted us immediately about new arrivals that met our specifications. She was very responsive and efficient, and worked hard on our behalf. With her help we found a good house, and her advice allowed us to tailor our offer to make it attractive without overpaying. She is outstanding!

Mary & Scott, Buyers

Erin Farber was essential to the success of my siblings and I selling our beloved family home after our parents passed away. It was a trustee sale which none of us had experience with and Erin immediately knew what to do in all aspects. Her knowledge and connections were so helpful. We felt completely taken care of. Our goal was to to get multiple offers. Erin she helped us decide whether to sell "as is" or sink some money into it. She recommend we NOT sink money into it and sell "as is" and we still received multiple offers. We couldn’t have asked for a more seamless sale. We are forever grateful.
