About Holly

I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. I was Born and raised in Flagstaff, but I’ve always had the heart of an explorer. After spending my junior year of college in Costa Rica to receive a Spanish minor, I could hardly wait to graduate with my Botany degree and begin my adventures around the world, which is exactly what I did- starting with moving to Kauai in 2014. I ultimately received more education, created a handful of successful businesses, and have gained lots of life experience (ask me about my crazy travel stories sometime)!

I met my now husband in 2016 when I came back to Flagstaff after a stint in India and Sri Lanka doing my Yoga Teacher training. Suffice to say, I’ve been back ever since! My husband, Steven, was born and raised here as well, though believe it or not, we didn’t meet until one fateful day in our early twenties. Steven is a stellar General Contractor here in town, while my mom, Debra, has been a Real Estate Agent in Arizona for 30 years. She now lives in Paradise Valley and is my go-to Agent for the Greater Phoenix Metro Area! My dad, Dixon, was a world-famous Paragliding Instructor, teaching his students out at the craters just northeast of Flagstaff. Fortunately, Steven and I are still able to travel regularly, with our most cherished journeys being visits to my brother on Kauai. We deeply appreciate the biological diversity, epic skyscapes, and the warm hearted people of Northern Arizona. Meanwhile, the island of Kauai continues to call as back as a sanctuary of peace, a reminder of the human experience, and truly unmatched natural scenery.

I consider myself a versatile professional, acquiring a range of degrees and certifications over the years- I adore being a lifetime student. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have loved serving the community as a craft cocktail bartender, opening a personal training gym and yoga studio, and managing luxury vacation rentals. Venturing into Luxury Real Estate felt like a natural progression for me, and I am fully committed to the journey! I believe in embracing challenges, dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly to each endeavor, exploring our strengths, and living in alignment with our highest excitement – principles that contribute to a profound sense of fulfillment in life.
