Amy Cherry Taylor is truly an outstanding realtor! Before putting my house on the market, she worked with me to put together a fantastic description of the home, telling a story about the house and property that would allow potential buyers to really imagine themselves living in the home and enjoying all the nature the property had to offer. The write-up also encompassed the important details that set my home apart from other houses on the market. She chose a talented photographer, Jason Buttram, who showcased the home, property and view beautifully. Amy did a significant amount of research to settle on a selling price that reflected the quality finishes I selected when building the home, and the additional upgrades I did after the purchase. It was truly a "sweet spot" price as we ended up getting three full price offers. The first two offers fell through due to issues with the buyers, but Amy stayed positive and continued to market my home like the pro she is. More importantly, she reassured me the right buyer was out there. Finally, that "third time is a charm" offer came in and Amy worked with the buyers' realtor to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was engaged, thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. Amy is incredibly positive and energetic. I've never met anyone like her. It is no wonder she is so excellent at her craft. She has a great team of professionals working with her as well. They answered my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Susanne stepped in many times to attend showings when Amy wasn't available. She did a great job interacting with me if potential buyers or agents had questions while looking at the home. They will say they do nothing but stay out of the way but having someone there to text me questions that might not have been asked otherwise was really important to me. Getting to know Paula was a true pleasure. She comes across as an old friend the first time you meet her. Gina kept me updated of all the back-office transactions including inspections and appraisals, so I never had to wonder if everything was going to plan. Amy was awesome. Her expert advice on listing timing and price allowed us to sell our house with plenty of time to move into a new house. She also guided us with recommendations on what to do for listing, which earned us 4 offers in one weekend. We accepted a full price offer after being on the market for only a weekend. The entire process was so smooth. Amy was always reachable and her team is amazing. They called weekly for check ins and always immediately with any information that was time sensitive.
