About Jason

Jason Lamar was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shortly after graduating high school, he answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Marine Corps. During his 11.5 years in the Marines, he served in the infantry, but his career was cut short when he was wounded in action. After leaving the Marine Corps, Jason transitioned into civilian life by becoming an EMT while pursuing his education as a surgical technician.

For three years, he worked as a surgical tech before deciding to further his medical career. He returned to school and became a registered nurse, gaining valuable experience over the next nine years in emergency nursing, correctional nursing, and operating room nursing. With a passion for continuous growth and helping others, Jason eventually shifted careers again, earning his real estate license.

Now, Jason has combined his leadership and teamwork skills, honed during his time in the military and medical fields, to co-found Marine Team 406 alongside another Marine. Together, they apply their dedication and discipline to the real estate industry, helping clients with the same commitment they showed while serving their country. In addition to his work in real estate, Jason is currently pursuing his M.B.A., further enhancing his leadership and business skills.
