About Joe

Following 20-plus years in athletics communications, I decided to make a career change and jump into real estate. I have developed a passion for it over the years through my own personal experiences and transactions, and I would love to assist others with the buying and selling processes. When I decided to make my move, I chose the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group to work with.

Originally from Bartlett, Illinois, my passion for real estate began when I worked with my father’s house painting business. Through the years, I have been in and out of house hundreds of homes. My father and I helped many home owners not just beautify their homes, but also helped them prepare their properties for sale. That was also where I delevoped my strong work ethic.

After graduating from Benedictine University with a BA in Communications, I embarked on a career in athletics communications. It began in Las Vegas at UNLV, a stop in Annapolis, Maryland at the United States Naval Academy and two and a half years in Waco, Texas at the American Football Coaches Association before returning to Illinois to work at NIU.

During my 15 years with NIU, I was responsible for promoting various Athletics programs, coach and student-athletes, and will transfer those skills to help my clients.
