Julie sold a property for my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and came highly recommended. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and needed lots of handholding. Julie is knowledgeable, professional, highly connected, and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. She even went as far as to watch our 8 month old while my husband and I strolled various properties. During historic inventory lows and high prices, Julie worked with us for almost two years to find the correct opportunity. She knew exactly what we were looking for and, through a contact, got wind of a seller who was open to selling their prewar Spanish-deco off market in Glendale. Upon discovery of said opportunity, Julie called us immediately so we could submit our offer. The seller accepted! She walked us through the entire closing while also enlightening us as to the many nuances relating to off market sales. Additionally, her net relating to contractors is wide and she knows someone for every home related job. The sale of our house was very complicated. Julie is the best. She recommended a price but I didn’t want a bidding war so I had her list it at a higher price (thinking we would negotiate and come down). No interest from any buyer. Then, we listed it at Julie’s price and it sold for over asking immediately. She staged the house beautifully with a mixture of her and my things. I had a lot of constraints for various reasons and we couldn’t have a sign, an open house, or all the assets of the house pictured. Even with those limitations, increasing interest rates, and our location on a hill and close to freeways, Julie sold our house. Her tenacity, persistence, expertise, and professionalism really paid off. I cannot recommend Julie more highly.
