Devana Johnson is a seasoned professional who has more than 20 years’ combined experience in Marketing and Client Service and a true love of the community in which he lives and works, making him the perfect agent to help clients see the beauty in making their home in South Florida.

After many successful years in Marketing and Merchandising, Devana’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others led him to professional real estate just over ten years ago. “I can recall watching real estate infomercials as a child and being excited about the properties,” says Devana. “Recalling that excitement while embracing the entrepreneur in me and a want to help others propelled me into my real estate career.”

Keeping abreast of new technologies, he presents his clients with contemporary and creative solutions while maximizing their investment dollars. Serving his clients with honesty, integrity and a knack for negotiation, he guides them through the nuances of the transaction to deliver on their goals.

Working with buyers, sellers and investors across South Florida, Devana specializes in residential properties starting in the $300,000 range. He is knowledgeable about the many diverse Miami neighborhoods and has a special affinity for the properties of the beautiful and sought-after Aventura area.

Originally from New York, Devana is American-born of Jamaican and Indian descent. At the age of eight, he moved to Florida with his parents and has made his home in the Miami area for the last 37 years. He study Finance at Miami-Dade college before beginning his professional journey. Today, he enjoys networking with others across many industries. Equally passionate about giving back to his community as he is about his business, he loves working with kids, feeding the homeless and attending local sporting events.
