About Tom

I'm Tom Gordon, and together with my business partner Hannah Lopez I sell luxury real estate in Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Punta Mita with Coldwell Banker La Costa. I grew up in Austin and came to real estate after 25 years in the corporate world. I've held my Texas license since 2010, and in 2018 my husband Chuck and I shipped a container from Austin and moved to Vallarta full time. Having made that move myself, I know what US buyers worry about, and I can walk them through the parts of buying in Mexico that are different from home, from the fideicomiso to closing costs to what to expect from a preconstruction purchase.
