In preparation for staging the house for showing, Evan facilitated a moving company to load and remove all the extra furniture and “clutters”. We could not be happier with the resulting listing photos that helped attract many potential buyers. We worked closely from planning to executing the sale of our house. Unlike other agents we have spoken to, Evan was very diligent in assessing and determining the price of our house. He was the only one who would take into considerations of all the unique features of the house. Together, we determine a sale price that worked with our sales strategy and met our expectation. Evan was on-task and proactive throughout the entire selling process, keeping us moving forward without feeling rushed. His personality and can-do-attitude helped reduce a lot of the stress of selling our house. His attributes and skills were very evident during our difficult contract negotiation that led to successful sales of our house.

Cannot recommend Evan enough. Evan supported my fiancé and I through our first home-buying experience and I don’t think we could have done it without him.
