The first thing we realized with Lynn Stoppe as our real estate agent is that she is a great communicator. We had not sold a house in 42 years and she easily put our minds at ease by laying out her strategy and answering our many questions. What a comfort to know that she was confident that our home would not be on the market for long. She gave us great tips on prepping our house prior to agent showings. When our offer came in Lynn was quick to guide us through the challenges of countering the offer. The end result was an offer we could accept in a time frame much quicker than we ever expected. In the six week escrow period we ran into a roadblock when our septic system failed inspection. Lynn was right there with us and she made instant recommendations for the right people to inspect the system and make the needed repairs which all happened within 10 days … and in time to close escrow on schedule. We along with the buyers were very pleased with the outcome. We are definitely blessed beyond measure to have had Lynn as our real estate agent. We have known Lynn Stoppe for years, and she is a realtor that goes far and away beyond what is required. She keeps her eye on the market to be sure she is showing us the properties that could meet our needs, and doesn’t waste our time with ones that don’t. She is never pushy, but has a calm, kind professional demeanor. She is outstanding with her communication — with us, potential buyers, title companies, lenders, inspectors and anyone involved. She was the one who arranged for septic inspections, and then coordinated the repair of the septic tank at one home. She added pretty touches to empty homes to stage them, and make them show well. I cannot recommend her highly enough. In the past few years she has sold three homes for us and helped us in the purchase of three homes. (Yes, we are nuts!) Through each of those purchases and sales she has been professional and responsive. No question, the best realtor we have worked with.

Lynn Stoppe, her husband, and their five children have called Prescott home since 1997. Lynn’s husband was a home builder for over 32 years. Together, they have been buying, selling, building, and remodeling real estate. It was a natural complement for Lynn to become a REALTOR® in 2010.
