I decided few weeks ago to put my kanab house on the market. My idea was to sell quickly as I had some property over sea I was looking for already . When I first walk in Adobe real estate office I was sold to use them as soon I talked to Sarah and Meghan .. They did an exceptional job . They were the nicest person to work with . About Sara Ann

In 1996, my mother Susan Weitzman and her associate, Sally Quinn decided to open an independent real estate brokerage in Kanab Utah: Adobe Realty. I am fortunate to have not only their support, but the support of Sally's daughter, Meghan Quinn as we carry on the real estate legacy our mothers started in this beautiful area of the country. We decided to join forces with Coldwell Banker Realty to offer our clients truly exceptional service.

I was lucky enough to grow up in Kanab, immersed in beautiful red rocks. Typical of most teenagers, I did not appreciate the surrounding beauty and graduated high school at age 16 so I could strike out on my own. After 10 years of moving around, I found myself continuously comparing each new city to Kanab. During this ever-changing time, I met my spouse the only summer I came back home; we met working at the East End of Zion National Park. 

Being a student during those 10 years gave my wanderings structure and I (eventually) obtained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a Business Minor from Utah State University. Still, testing for my real estate exam was one of the most challenging things I’ve accomplished academically. This array of experiences have shaped my life and have taught me how to interact and be an ally for individuals from all walks of life. I am so grateful to live here, and to help Kanab grow! My goal is to help individuals find their homes in our dream area. Whether you’re a local moving home, moving on up, or a Kanabian newbie; I hope to work with you!
