Easiest review I could ever write! From the very beginning Carissa walked us through the process, teaching and guiding us every step of the way so we never felt blindsided which was so nice as first time homebuyers. Her background as a teacher really shines through in how clearly she explains everything, and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find it through her extensive network. She was always willing to tour houses as soon as possible, making us feel like a top priority. When we found the right house, her strategic advice and top-notch negotiating helped us win on our very first offer! This felt incredible, especially after hearing from friends who didn’t win until their 5th attempt that it was unlikely to win on a first offer, but we did! The 3-day inspection period she recommended was instrumental to our offer being accepted. She had the resources and connections to get inspectors, engineers, and even a sewer scope done within that tight timeframe so we could move forward with confidence. Thanks to her expertise, we not only won the home but also secured a seller concession to install a radon mitigation system. Even after closing, she continues to check in and offer helpful reminders.
