Meet Candice Morales-Christian, a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. Candice is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana. She believes in making her community a better place. What better way to do that than help people find their dream home. She serves buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Indiana including Crown Point, Cedar Lake, East Chicago, Gary, Lowell, Munster, and St. John.

Born in East Chicago, Candice has deep roots in the community. Before joining the real estate industry, Candice was a teacher with Gary Community School Corporation for nearly 20 years. Her experience in the classroom taught her valuable skills such as communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building, which she brings to her real estate practice.

She has always had a passion for volunteering. Candice has worked with organizations such as: The Food Bank of Northwest Indiana and Making a Kid Smile to help fight food insecurity and provide personal care items for children in the foster system. She continues to give back through her real estate business. She donates book-bags, school supplies, and winter accessories to local schools.
