Her journey began in New York City and later led her to Philadelphia, where she pursued her passion for design at Drexel University, earning a Master of Science in Interior Architecture. Before stepping into real estate, Avi worked in retail management and project management—roles that strengthened her leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. She also gained hands-on experience in property management, giving her a deep understanding of the needs of both homeowners and investors. Since becoming licensed in 2015, Avi has guided hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors through residential and commercial transactions. She also works with international clients seeking opportunities in the U.S. market. Her approach is rooted in clarity, education, and empowerment—ensuring every client feels informed and confident from the first conversation to the closing table.
