My husband and I recently purchased our new home and were lucky to find our realtor, Nate. I had a very specific kind of home in mind, in an area that literally spanned only half of a zip code, and with a fairly challenging budget. I communicated all these requirements to Nate up front, but he never once discouraged me that what I wanted wasn’t doable and immediately set out to help us achieve our goal. His communication was like texting with a friend, prompt and eager to help. He was also very flexible with meeting me on a moment’s notice to look at homes.
