My husband and I recently purchased our new home and were lucky to find our realtor, Nate. I had a very specific kind of home in mind, in an area that literally spanned only half of a zip code, and with a fairly challenging budget. About Nate

My name is Nate Swartz, and I get to work at what I like to call the Disneyland of finances out of Gilbert, Arizona. At Stewardship, we’re vertically integrated with just about every advisor you’d need, outside of taxes, and I get to serve as our real estate advisor.

Our clients enjoy working with us because they feel and believe that we actually care. That’s intentional. We aim to steward our clients well through the home buying and selling process, helping them save money without compromising on the level of service they deserve.

Real estate is my full-time profession, and I take that seriously. In a single year, I helped clients complete over $30 million in total sales volume. I spend a lot of time sharpening my understanding of the market, neighborhoods, and the details that matter so I can help guide people through decisions that feel clear and confident, whether they’re buying, selling, or deciding to wait.
