I worked with Roberta based on a referral during my home search in late 2023, early 2024. She is an excellent agent. We viewed properties in person and, importantly for me, online, as I conducted my search from another city. Roberta sent me video walkthroughs of many places, and did extensive market research and intel gathering based on my search parameters. It’s clear she has considerable knowledge of Vernon and surrounding areas, as well as the market and various stakeholders. From the moment I met Roberta, I knew she was more than the average realtor. She was personable, attentive, and very professional. She worked nonstop for me in Vernon while I went back home to Ottawa. She knew instinctively what would work for me, and did FaceTime walk-throughs of homes with me that met my criteria. We talked every day on the phone. She followed up with sellers and their agents. When she found the home I bought, she was as excited as I was! Roberta treated our long and fickle house hunting experience as if it were for her own home. She considered so many important details we would have never thought of, including helping us with things she never needed to even post-closing. We have worked with several realtors in the past but Robertas personal touch goes way above and beyond the requirement or expectation, and she does it without batting an eye. The amount of legwork she went through for us with a smile On her face is a rare thing to find. Also, she has a great eye for design and also loads of knowledge on landscaping.
