Pallavi helped us to buy our investment property. She is very knowledgeable about the area , house types and has a patience to answer all our question. She educated with some of our assumptions about investment properties and guided us through the process. She will not hesitate to say if we are taking any wrong decisions ( which gave me more respect about her ). She is not someone who just wants to close a deal and move to others, she will make sure we are all set . There were many points which we didn't think it through and Pallavi explained every step very clearly at the same time having open ears. She literally jots down all the requirements what we have and if you have seen how crazy sellers market was- She acts fast ! and makes sure that we get the deal closed. I am amazed at her passion towards her work and would definitely recommend her.
