Mary went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us find the perfect first home; a task that seemed impossible in the current market. Not only did Mary help us obtain a house within our budget (that’s right, within and not above!!), she managed to find us a home with all of the things we were looking for- location, layout, etc. Again, another amazing feat in a market as crazy as this one! Mary Edwards is a DREAM COME TRUE if you are looking for a home to purchase!!! My husband and I were first time home buyers and she was very upfront about everything you can possibly think of. She worked very hard to find us exactly what we wanted and got back to us super fast about any questions and concerns we had! Anytime we were wanting to go look at a house, she was able to get us to look at that house very quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of purchasing a home. Mary was fantastic at helping find an older home in the middle of KC! She listened to mour needs and steered us away from houses that didn't fit. She is very knowledgeable about what makes a great old home and what we needed to look out for! Once we found the right one, we got into a bidding war, and I had no doubts that we were going to win. I'd recommend her to anyone!
