Keegan and his colleague Alex - who is wonderful - spent months helping my family locate the perfect property. He guided us every step of the way, helping us make a competitive offer which won over another potential buyer. When the escrow inspections revealed repairs that needed to be made Keegan called in multiple vendors to ensure that the problems were addressed by the seller because we had copious documentation and multiple quotes supporting the amounts at issue. Keegan never stopped being an advocate for us. He was tremendous every step of the way and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him and with Alex.

I am so thankful for the great care, time Keegan Cin and Michael McAndrews gave to my husband and I, as well as the education and advocacy they provided as first time buyers. I am not sure there are enough positive surpurlatives that I can use to describe Keegan and Michael's qualities as a real estate agents but I'll try... Integrity - this was important to me. These guys hold themselves to a higher ethical standard and behaved and communicated professionally. Also - Keegan and Michael were working with my savings! With their guidance and support they proved they were trustworthy. They proved we could relay on both of them to be communicative with all parties involved, punctual with timelines and calls with updates. They genuinely a good people. Keegan and Michael taught me that real estate agents are advocates for their clients and they held true to that promise. I hope the rest of this review highlights that commitment. Determination - Keegan and Michael were always determined to succeed in our offer. While they never gave up and were relentless with our deal, they were also tactful, professional and polite with our seller. Keegan and Michael made my partner and I feel like succeeding was the focus and main goal. Detailed orientated and problem solvers- Keegan and Michael were able to focus on details and solve any and all issues that came up. They were able to help us solve problems with in our budget. I am so thankful we found these men to trust with our money and our dream of buying our first home. Self motivated - Keegan and Michael were the first and last people working on our case. I don't know where they get the energy and organizational skills from but they worked together, were top of every detail and no one had to ask them anything or remind them. They kept sellers / seller agent accountable as well. I have all the faith in the world that these agents would work just as hard for anyone else. Great negotiation skills - Keegan and Michael walked us through the negotiation process. They looked ahead strategically and communicated with us every step of the way. Well dressed - Keegan and Michael will show up in a smart well fitted suit and Keegan knows good Italian leather when he sees it. You can assume these two will dress like professionals which I believe helped us win over the sellers too. Amazing communication - I already hinted at this but I was blown away with how well Michael and Keegan communicated with us, the sellers, seller agents, and the mortgage broker. They were constantly fielding questions by us, and proved to be good and patient listeners never tiring with our questions and needs. Also, they gave us the time and space we needed to make our own decisions. Keegan and Michael both asked good questions to get a holistic view of us and our wants/ needs and helped us with realistic expectations. One or the other would always got back to us when promised, often in joint calls together. They both have charming smiles, a kind demeanor, confidence, wit, humor, and intelligence which helped us communicate across the board. In my experience these agents were fantastic and enthusiastic real estate agents and treated my partner and I very well. I have been known to be a good judge of character. If someone ever has a negative experience with Keegan I would be very very surprised.

I would definitely consider myself a difficult customer when it comes to house hunting. I was a complete novice, didn’t really know what I wanted, didn’t really know what I could afford or even what my budget should be! I didn’t even know how to go about finding an agent to represent me. I met Keegan at an open house that I attended with a friend. He was instantly personable and got my situation. He was giving me advice and sharing his knowledge on the industry and local market (and I wasn’t even interested in the open house he was hosting). Based on this first encounter I took a business card but was hesitant to contact at first through fear of being tied in and harassed by an agent. This was not the case with Keegan. We met at a spot local to me and went over my various mismatch of wants and needs in a property. Keegan was realistic with me showing me a few listings then and there of the types of things available in my market that might be appealing to me. We set up a date later that week to see some places in person. Keegan set up custom search that sent me daily listings that matched my criteria and I was able to favorite or disregard the listings. From these preferences he set up 10 plus listings for us to see. He added in a few places that he thought I should view. He knew exactly what I needed to see to help me learn what I wanted and what I didn’t want. Overall a great experience and my house hunt would not have been successful without Keegan. Definitely recommend his services.
