I wish there were a category above excellent for many of these questions. Debbie assisted us in ways that we would never have expected an agent to do. Throughout the process she did whatever necessary to make process work. We left the country on a vacation shortly after the purchased and she met with multiple people on our behalf to get the ball rolling on several improvements we wanted to make quickly. Debbie helped me with the sale of my house and there was no doubt I wanted her to help me find a condo. She was amazing as I knew she would be. The condo market at the time I was looking, was slow in the area of town and the price range I wanted, and I would get discouraged. But not Debbie--she was so encouraging and upbeat. It's obvious she loves her job and her enthusiasm is catching. She made it fun, an adventure. In the process my vision changed somewhat. When I started out I thought I knew exactly where I wanted to be, the exact building I wanted to live in. But Debbie helped me broaden my horizons, to look at places I had not considered. And I found a home, an amazing, exciting place to live. Debbie was so enthusiastic, detailed and professional. As we approached closing, I loved her weekly reminders, list of things to do. About Debbie

Debbie brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her real estate career. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, she worked for Federated Department Stores while putting herself through college. She holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in accounting, along with certifications from Kenan-Flagler School of Business/Wachovia Executive Leadership at UNC-Chapel Hill. Her lifelong love for learning even led her to attend the French Culinary Institute while living in New York City.

Having lived in multiple cities-including St. Petersburg, Orlando, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Manhattan, and Blowing Rock-Debbie truly understands the importance of finding a place that feels like home. After living in Charlotte from 2000 to 2006, she loved it so much that she and her husband, James, made their way back. Today, they proudly call Charlotte home. Debbie and James have a son and daughter-in-law that also live in Charlotte!

With over 18 years of experience in financial services marketing, Debbie's expertise spans client satisfaction, branding, customer communications, and marketing operations. Her background, combined with her detail-oriented approach and passion for people, makes her an asset to clients navigating the buying and selling process. She finds deep satisfaction in working closely with clients to achieve their goals-ensuring a smooth, stress-free, and memorable real estate experience.

Beyond real estate, Debbie is an active member of the Charlotte community. She serves on the Marketing & Communications Committee at Ballantyne Country Club and is the Board President of Myers Park City Homes Homeowners Association. She has also previously served on the board of the Blue Ridge Conservancy and The Blowing Rock Art & History Museum (BRAHM), as well as on the Marketing/Communications and Membership Committees at Blowing Rock Country Club.

When she's not working with clients, Debbie enjoys playing golf, dining at Charlotte's best restaurants, and taking long walks with her Australian Shepherds, Willie and Tucker.
