We worked with Brenda to sell our house in Hesperia. The house is more than 60 years old and the interior was a bit dated. She exactly what to do and who to contact to get it done right the first time. She managed the project to completion and the house went on market as planned. Brenda was very thorough marketing the house through the usual practices and social media, Zillow and other online sources. She held a very successful open house the first Sunday after listing and around 40 people showed up. We were able to select a bid a few days later and get the process rolling. Everything that came up, inspections, repairs, appraisals etc… Brenda handled and kept us informed. Also, we had to leave town prior to closing, Brenda took charge and made certain that everything went smooth as possible, all the way through closing. Lastly, she checked with us a few days after closing to make sure we were satisfied and there were no unanswered questions. My wife and myself are 100% satisfied with the service and results! I would absolutely contact her for any future real estate needs.
