We moved to Utah from Arizona and were required to use a relocation compatible agent and were a little concerned. We couldn’t have picked a better agent in all of the SLC area, and are beyond grateful for John. He worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. We didn’t make it easy and since we were flying in from out of state we’re only available certain days/times. John was always available, offered incredible insight we would not have thought of coming from out of state. He was so quick to respond to texts and calls, and when we had last minute issues prior to close he was the calm to our storm. He had wonderful recommendations on insurance, designers, and home repair people. Should we ever need to sell or buy in the area again, John Baque would be the first, and only, person we would call. Highly recommend him to anyone needing help buying/selling a home, but only if you truly want the best!
