A Head Above the Rest Realtor representing Ontario Canada

About Mackenzie

I am a dedicated, full-time REALTOR® with McIntee Real Estate Brokerage, proudly serving clients throughout Ontario, Canada. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers navigate a wide range of lifestyle and investment-driven real estate opportunities, from luxury freshwater homes and cottages along the shores of Lake Huron to country estates, rural acreages, farmland, recreational properties, and private hunting retreats.

I am passionate about showcasing the incredible lifestyle and real estate opportunities Canada has to offer. Ontario provides an exceptional range of properties for buyers looking for waterfront living, privacy, space, recreation, investment potential, or a quieter rural lifestyle — often while remaining within reach of major communities and employment centres.

At the heart of my business is a true passion for building long-lasting relationships. I believe real estate is about much more than completing a transaction; it is about earning trust, understanding each client’s goals, and becoming a reliable resource they can confidently turn to for years to come.

I also welcome the opportunity to work closely with REALTORS® throughout the United States who have clients considering purchasing, relocating, investing, or establishing a second home in Ontario. I understand how important strong communication and trusted referral relationships are, and I am committed to providing your clients with knowledgeable, professional, and personalized service from our first conversation through closing and beyond.

Whether your client is searching for a luxury home on one of the world’s largest freshwater lakes, a private country estate, productive farmland, or a secluded recreational property, I would be pleased to help them find the right fit in Ontario, Canada.

With Mac Ferris, you’re sure to be A Head Above the Rest!
