My name is Jake Serpa, and I’m a full-time Realtor based in Santa Clara, proudly serving the Bay Area and surrounding communities. I bring over seven years of combined experience in real estate and property management, offering a strong foundation in both market knowledge and client service. So far in 2025, I’ve successfully closed $13.25M in total sales volume as a solo agent while saving my buyers a combined $819,000 below asking price, a reflection of my dedication to delivering results for my clients.

I graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in International Business, which provided me with a solid understanding of strategic planning, negotiation, and marketing. All of which I apply to my real estate business. During college, I competed as an NCAA Division I athlete and later played professional soccer in Los Angeles. These experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and leadership, qualities that directly impact how I represent and advocate for my clients.
