Lissette was wonderful to work with on the sale of our home. She worked to ensure our interests were protected on the sale of our home. We had 2 offers in the first 24hrs but on her advice, waited through the weekend for what ended up being the best offer on our home. She also provided a listing warranty on our home which we unfortunately and unexpectedly needed when our A/C unit was found to be malfunctioning during inspection.
