"This is only the second time I have written a testimonial. I have high expectations and Chris Herndon exceeded them all. He truly impressed me with his work ethics, knowledge and ability to follow through. In this difficult market Chris found me the perfect home for me. He listened and understood my needs and wishes. After viewing a home which went on the market that day Chris put in an offer for me with additional information showing good faith to the seller. We were told the seller appreciated the offer and thought it was strong, but they have a couple more showing over the next few days and wanted to let those play out before they made a decision.
