Although we began looking for my future home in mid-December before the holidays, few homes in my price range were coming on the market and a few more were being de-listed for the holiday season. This made it difficult to locate a property in my price range, in my preferred area and with my #1 requirement - NO POOL. Still, Anna's encouragement and diligence assured me that we would find my perfect home. We looked at a few homes that weren't quite a fit, but she quickly picked up on my own taste and preferences and we began to look at a few more that were great, but were sold before I could take action. About 5-weeks after our initial meeting, Anna showed me a lovely house only 1/2 mile from the apartment, in the area I wanted to remain, the size I wanted, in my price range and most important of all, NO POOL. After thinking things over and sleeping on it, I made an offer on the property less than 48-hours later. After a small amount of negotiating, we closed on my new home 33-days later. Anna's professional manner and attention to the details I desired (or did not) in a home helped ease my already stressed mind during the post-holiday, pre-tax season. She answered all my questions promptly, no matter how early or late she was contacted, relieving my stress and anxiety or making such a large purchase. I have already recommended Anna to friends and family, and in the event, I ever have to sell my new home, I'll make sure that Anna Sherry will be the realtor I contact first.
