Since launching his real estate career in 2021, Garrett has built a reputation for thoughtful guidance, strong communication, and a steady, solutions-oriented approach that helps clients feel confident from start to finish. In the last year alone, that dedication to his craft has helped over 30 buyers and sellers close over $12 million in total volume, with several sales becoming benchmarks for their respective areas.  

Garrett works with buyers, sellers, and investors across a wide range of property types, with experience spanning luxury homes, lake properties, land and ranch, new construction, first-time homebuyers, and complex transactions involving probate and divorce.
